Three new 3D tracks!

It's almost time for the Mugello round of MotoGP in the rolling Tuscan hills. But we don't just have the Mugello 3D model for you, there's also two more, and they're totally different.

The other two we're adding are Assen and Fontenay le Comte. Mugello is undulating, while Assen is as flat as a (Ducth) pancake. And while those two are GP circuits, Fontenay le Comte is at the other end of the spectrum.

So why are we adding all three tracks and what's next? Well, the reason we're adding Mugello and Assen now is that we have back to back MotoGP rounds coming up, so we needed to get them both in quick! But at the same time, here at Serious-Racing we're going to be doing a trackday at Fontenay le Comte on the weekend of the Assen GP, so what better way to prepare than to create the 3D model of the track we'll be visiting?

Also, back when we started working on these tracks, we said that we'd produce a track of every venue the MotoGP paddock visited during the course of the season. We've decided to take a slightly different approach now, instead switching to work on the most popular tracks on Serious-Racing. We'll still end up doing most of the MotoGP tracks because they're also popular with Serious-Racing users, but this way we're catering better to users of the site.
